If the value of the card you purchase is not the value when you receive the card, call us at 314-707-4918 or email us at email@example.com and we will take care of it immediately.
CardCrazy guarantees all gift cards for 60 days from the date of purchase. We strive hard to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and that buying and selling with us will be both safe and secure.
This guarantee covers the following:
- Any gift cards whose actual value does not match the face value that was advertised at the time of purchase
- Any and all gift cards that are not activated
- Any physical gift card not received (via USPS) within 15 business days of purchase.
- All eGift cards and vouchers are guaranteed to be digitally available within 24 hours of purchase.
The CardCrazy 60-Day Guarantee does not cover the following:
- Buyer’s misunderstanding of a gift card or merchandise return card method of delivery
- Lost or misplaced cards
- Buyer’s remorse
- Gift cards for retailers who go out of business.
- Purchasing a gift card or a merchandise return card without understanding how it is to be redeemed. Refer to individual retailer’s guidelines located on the retailer’s page of our website.
- Refund requests past 60 days from date of purchase
