I placed an order but haven’t received my card. How can I check on it?

When you purchase an eGift card from Cards2Cash.com, you will receive a confirmation email from us within 24 hours of purchase notifying you that the card number and PIN are in your account. If, after 24 hours, you do not see the card number and PIN, you can email us at info@cards2cash.com or call us at 314-707-4918 (M-F, 8:30am-5:30pm CST).

If you purchased a physical gift card, we will ship it within 1-2 business days and you will receive a shipping confirmation on the day it ships. We ship via USPS and delivery times vary depending on where you live. If you don’t receive your gift card within 3-14 business days of your order, email us at info@cards2cash.com or call us at 314-707-4918. Please note: when purchasing multiple physical cards, you may receive your cards in more than one package, as the cards may be shipped from different locations.
